Introduction

UNIMA is an international non-government organization of UNESCO, which was founded in the 1920s in Prague, the capital of Czech Republic. It's headquarter is located in Charleville-Mézières, France. So far, it has 75 member countries, in which the UNIMA congress and World Puppetry Festival is held once every four years. Up to now, they have been successfully held for 20 times in many countries, such as Washington (USA), Munich (Germany), Moscow (Former Soviet Union)...
